Yogurt Parfait Bar

A choose-your-own-adventure yogurt snack. Perfect for a quick breakfast, a snack or even a dinner if you can't even cook!

Ingredients

  • 12 oz low fat Vanilla yogurt
  • raspberries
  • Rice Krispies
  • coconut
  • dried cranberries
  • mini chocolate chips
  • apple sauce
  • crushed pineapple
  • chopped up mango
  • cut up strawberries
  • blue berries
  • banana slices
  • granola
  • nuts - pistachios, peanuts, almonds...

Instructions

  1. Scoop 1 cup of yogurt into each bowl. 

    Top with your choice of toppings. 

    Devour!

I add whatever I have on hand as toppings. Choose your own adventure.

Pro tip: Only include one super indulgent item. I usually do all fruit and granola and a small bowl of chocolate chips so my kids don't make sundaes
