Smoky, creamy pink sauce that adds pizzazz to regular tacos.
Creamy Chipotle Sauce
- 3/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1-2 canned chipotle peppers
- 1 tbsp adobo sauce
- 1/2 lime, juiced
In a small food processor or blender, combine mayo, chipotle, adobo and lime. Process until smooth. Taste and add more mayo if too spicy or more chipotle if it's not spicy enough. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
Serve on steak, chicken, shrimp or fish tacos, over eggs, on a turkey sandwich. Possibilities are endless!
